Rates

Payment is due at the time of each session via credit card.  I will set aside time during our initial session to take your credit card info where it will then be stored in a HIPAA compliant platform.  I am not in network with insurance companies, however, I am happy to support you in getting reimbursement from your insurance company.  If you have a PPO plan and are seeking out-of-network reimbursement I can provide you with a monthly Superbill that you can submit to your insurance company.  Please remember, you are responsible for the full fee, regardless of your insurance company’s reimbursement policies and you are also responsible for submitting all Superbills for reimbursement. I encourage you to call your insurance provider to verify whether or not you have out-of -network benefits, at what rate they reimburse, and the details of your deductible. This will inform you of your coverage and will help you make the best decision regarding your treatment.

Questions to ask your insurance company when inquiring about benefits:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

• How much of my deductible has been met this year?

• What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health? (Outpatient means treatment outside a hospital)

• What is my out-of-network coinsurance for outpatient mental health?

• Do I need a referral from an in-network provider to see someone out-of-network?

• How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement? 

• What will my reimbursement be toward out-of-network sessions?
